Enquiries and designs

When you send an enquiry, we collect the name, phone number, optional email, service, details and optional design file that you provide. We save them privately on our server for follow-up and printing work. Our website may send the enquiry and design attachment to our team's configured Telegram bot/chat. They are not published in a public gallery or download directory.

Enquiries and designs currently have no automatic deletion schedule. Contact [email protected] or call +91 98452 62552 to ask about access, corrections or deletion. Protected backup copies may be retained for recovery.

Online tools

PDF editing, image conversion, photo/card sheet layout, print-quality checks, Kannada font conversion and ordinary QR/barcode generation happen in your browser. Background removal uploads an image to our Mac server. Inputs are held while queued/processing; completed results expire from server memory after about 15 minutes. A server restart also clears those temporary images.

If you choose to shorten a long link, we store its destination and short code on our server with no scheduled expiry. Do not submit private access tokens, password-reset links or confidential destinations. Short-link destination previews are public to anyone with the link. Wi-Fi passwords and contact-card content stay in your browser unless you place them into another field or share the generated QR.

Security and outside services

We use short-lived rate-limit records, including hashes of network addresses, to limit abuse. Short-link rate records are removed after 24 hours; enquiry rate records are used for abuse prevention. Cloudflare handles public traffic and may collect security/traffic data. The homepage and tools page use Google Fonts and an embedded Google Map, which can contact Google. Following WhatsApp, email, map or short-link destinations takes you to another service with its own practices.

Keep an independent copy of important designs and documents. Please avoid uploading information that is unnecessary for your printing request.
